Clay offers more than 27 years of industry experience, including an extensive international tenure in energy and chemical applications. Clay was the senior manager responsible for Middle East operations for an international energy company and its underbalanced re-entry division. Clay also served 8 years for a Canadian service company responsible for over 120 employees and associated support departments. Clay’s extensive international management, chemical application and commercial experience is further complimented by an extensive international network. Clay is directly involved in managing operations and business development encompassing multiple industries on 4 continents including Life Sciences, Food, Dairy, Concrete, Mining, Retail, Energy, Marine & Environment. Clay has built a solid foundation of experience and business acumen in the development and execution of strategic plans for growth orientated organizations having founded over 8 companies during his career. Clay has been also been a co-author of over 100 patents encompassing primarily the chemical industry.

Markus has over 20 years of international research and development experience with renowned research facilities and diverse industrial fields. He holds a PhD in physical chemistry from the University of Potsdam/Germany and executed his research work at the Max Planck Institute of Colloids and Interfaces in Potsdam/Germany. Markus has a profound working knowledge of the oil and gas industry encompassing fracturing, cementing, heavy oil recovery and chemistry. An active SPE member, Markus maintains a working knowledge of all applicable chemistry in Fluids industry. During his last position Markus was the lead of a stimulation R&D group of an international Oil & Gas service provider. Markus has extensive experience in international commercialization of new completion and production chemistry working closely with engineering, marketing and sales. Markus brings substantial experience and technical support for sales and marketing, product development and IP generation. Markus has been a co-author on many oil and gas chemical patents.

Kevin’s 28 year career has provided him a wealth of experience in international business operations, manufacturing & supply chain management. With his results oriented leadership, Kevin brings his strong leadership skills to all facets of the business within both domestic and international operations. Kevin has held multiple operations manager roles with a multi-billion dollar international logistics company, along with an international drilling company throughout Canada, USA, Mexico and Saudi Arabia where he developed, implemented and managed all logistics and supported operations. As a cofounder of Fluid Energy Group Ltd.®, Kevin has been involved in all facets of our growth and success from the beginning. Additionally, Kevin led the has development of the “Triton Cleaning Products” line of offerings into >800 retail stores in North America and developed relationships with multi-billion dollar global customers.

Morgan has over 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas and other industries. Prior to joining the Fluid Energy Group Ltd.®, Morgan was Lead Controller for Essential Coil and Stimulation Services (Technicoil Corporation division). During his 8 year tenure with Essential Energy Morgan was an integral part of the company’s management and leadership team. Prior thereto, Morgan was the Controller with the Great Northern Timber International group of companies. During his 5 years with GNTI, Morgan was instrumental in growing the business internationally with sales in Canada, USA, Japan and South Korea. Morgan began his career 23 years ago as a Controller with Slocan Group where he managed the accounting departments for three (3) business divisions. Morgan brings a wealth of international, hands on, accounting experience to the Fluid Energy Group Ltd.® team.

Chad brings more than 20 years of progressive industry experience to his role as President with Fluid Energy Group Ltd.® Chad was instrumental in leading Calfrac Well Services, most recently as the President of the Canadian Division. Prior to that, Chad held executive positions including Vice President, Sales / Marketing / Engineering in both Canada and the United States. Chad has proven tremendously valuable in the successful navigation of the complex North American energy landscape over the years and is networked to all of the major operators in Canada and the USA. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and has completed Executive Education Programs at the University of Calgary. Chad is a Professional Engineer (APEGA) and sits on a number of not-for-profit and charitable boards.

Blake brings 10 years of professional experience in chemical distribution and manufacturing to the Fluid USA Inc.® Team. He last worked at Brenntag Pacific as the Corporate Contract Manufacturing Manager, and led over 30% of the growth of the entire region for 3 years. Before this, Blake oversaw two facility builds and Brenntag Pacific’s capital projects as Corporate Engineering Manager. Blake has utilized his extensive networks and knowledge in chemical manufacturing and global supply chain to expand business and maximize profitability. Blake holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University.

Marsha has over 20 years of experience in analytical chemistry, quality assurance, and quality control in research, regulatory, and the private sector. Marsha achieved her undergrad in Chemistry from the University of Alberta and holds an MSc. in Analytical Chemistry as well as a Post-Graduate Certificate in Regulatory Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Marsha devoted a substantial portion of her career to ensuring the safety of our domestic food supply while working for the Canadian Food Inspection Agency in an ISO 17025-CAN-P-1595 laboratory. She performed analytical testing methodology of trace and ultra-trace analyses of chemical contaminants, chemical residues, pesticides, dioxins, and PCBs as well as method development and validation protocols for programs and new projects.

Throughout her career she has held roles of increasing responsibility across multiple industries such as in agriculture and agri-food, blood banking, narcotics control, pharmaceuticals, regulatory food research, cannabis, and cosmetics. With both LEAN Six Sigma and ISO17025 Auditor Training accreditations, Marsha has been instrumental in the establishment and management of Quality Management Systems to achieve GMP, GLP, GPP, HACCP, Halal, and Kosher standards and certifications.
